This e-zine strives to help all moms fight the joy thieves of motherhood in order to become Joy @ Home Moms by using “bite size” tips and ideas that are fun, frugal, and wholesome just like a pb and j.

PB and JAHM (Joy @ Home Mom) is for all moms and is written and developed by moms.

Whether you are a SAHM (stay-at-home mom) or a WAHM (work at home mom) or a Super Mom (who is doing it all), just finding the time to match a year’s worth of mystery colored socks can steal your joy. The last thing you need is the crushing weight of financial stress! Your time is precious and you need “bite-sized” pieces of information. PB & JAHM resources are all about keeping it Simple, Fun, and Frugal… just like a PB and J sandwich. All moms can be JAHMs (Joy @ Home Moms)

Kathy is the creator of PB and JAHM.com, working part time from home and thriving! BIO
Kathy is the wife of a Nissan man, mother of two elementary schoolers, caregiver to one tick attracting dog and two over-fed gold fish. : ) She is also the daughter of US Congressman John Kline.

Kathy and Ted gave up 2/3 of their combined income to stay home with their first child. They lived on $34,000 a year. Kathy grew up a Marine Corps kid. She is now a thriving WAHM, an avid gardener, was a discussion Leader and now a member for Bible Study Fellowship Intertnational. She offers many financial principals, Work at Home tips and Christian devotionals from personal experience in the enJOY pages of this e-zine.

Mindy McAlindon

Mindy is a stay at home mom of three young children who also works as a marketing consultant and a freelance writer for PBandJahm.com, the #1 free ezine for moms. She has worked in marketing, sales and finance for four Fortune 500 companies — Procter and Gamble, Merck, Sara Lee and Ford. Mindy also worked for EMI Christian Music Group, developing marketing strategies for projects such as the WOW series, Worship Together and Vineyard Music Series.
